(e) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the General Partner may elect (in the exercise of General Partner's sole and absolute discretion) to treat an assignee who has not become a Substituted Limited Partner as a Substituted Limited Partner in the place of the assignor should it deem that such treatment is in the best interests of the Partnership. (f) Upon the Incapacity of an individual Limited Partner, its personal representative or other successor in interest shall have all the rights of the Incapacitated Limited Partner for the purpose of settling or managing its estate and such power as the Incapacitated Limited Partner possessed to constitute a successor as an assignee of its Interest and to join with such assignee in making application to substitute such assignee as a Limited Partner, all as provided in Sections 12.2(a) and (b), and such other rights for such purposes as are provided by law. (g) Upon the Incapacity of a Limited Partner other than an individual, the personal representative of such entity shall have all rights of such Incapacitated Limited Partner for the purpose of effecting the orderly winding up and disposition of the business of such entity and such power as such entity possessed to constitute a successor as an assignee of its Interest and to join with such assignee in making application to substitute such assignee as a Limited Partner, all as provided in Sections 12.2(a) and (b), and such other rights for such purposes as are provided by law. (h) A person who acquires any Interest but is not admitted to the Partnership as a Substituted Limited Partner pursuant to Section 12.2(b) shall be entitled only to allocations and distnbutions with respect to that Interest in accordance with this Agreement but shall have no right to any information or accounting of the affairs of the Partnership and shall not have any of the other rights of a Partner under this Agreement.
